Your Impact:
We are looking for Voice Process Executives in Chennai who are customer-focused and articulate to join our vibrant team. You'll be in charge of professionally and effectively answering consumer calls, giving information, and resolving problems. The ideal applicant will be upbeat, have a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, and have outstanding communication skills in both English and, ideally, Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from clients in a timely and courteous manner while upholding our service standards in Chennai.
As necessary, follow up with clients to make sure their concerns have been addressed and they are happy.
Meet or surpass our Chennai-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) for call handling, resolution rates, and customer
satisfaction.
Respect the company's voice interaction policies, processes, and quality requirements.
Give team leaders and supervisors insightful input on how to improve our voice channel in Chennai's customer experience and workflow.
Keep client information private.
What you Need:
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software commonly used in Chennai.
Ability to multitask and navigate through different systems while on a call.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer situations professionally.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
