As the company's front-line representative, the voice process executive is in charge of handling verbal interactions with clients in order to offer assistance, address problems, or increase sales. Your main goal is to provide outstanding customer service by fusing sympathetic, persuasive, and clear communication with active listening. As the "voice" of the brand, you are responsible for establishing credibility and upholding excellent service standards whether you are responding to incoming inquiries or engaging in outbound outreach. The ideal applicant is a calm,
well-spoken, solution-focused person who can handle challenging discussions with poise and professionalism.
Key Skills:
Verbal Communication: Proficient in the necessary language (English/Regional), with a professional tone and clear pronunciation.
Active listening: the capacity to pay close attention to what the client is saying in order to identify the "hidden" demands underlying their question.
Typing Speed: The ability to enter data at a minimum speed of 30 to 35 words per minute in order to register calls in real time.
High levels of patience and the capacity to deal empathetically with irate or challenging clients.
