For our Telugu-speaking clients, you serve as the direct representative of our dedication to providing exceptional customer service as a Telugu Voice Process Executive. Your main role is to give exceptional inbound and/or outbound assistance, answering client questions, resolving problems, and giving precise information in Telugu with empathy and clarity. Your capacity to actively
listen, communicate clearly, and act professionally has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, improves the reputation of our clients' brands, and reaffirms our commitment to providing a wide range of customer service. In addition to answering calls, you are establishing rapport and making sure each Telugu-speaking client feels appreciated and heard.
