Who you are:
Manage the main correspondence with clients in Malayalam while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity. Respond to consumer inquiries about billing, account information, or service issues according to established procedures. While the conversation is in Malayalam, accurately record all client contacts, feedback, and complaint details in the CRM software in English. Handle incoming service requests or make outgoing calls for telecalling, verification, or feedback. Recognize complicated problems that call for higher-level assistance and appropriately forward them to the appropriate department
heads. To give Malayalam-speaking callers correct information, be informed about all product changes, special offers, and corporate regulations.
