Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Customer service: Answer incoming and outgoing calls from clients who speak Malayalam, offering assistance and resolving complaints.
Solving problems: Determine the underlying reason of client concerns and offer precise fixes for billing, technical assistance, or service requests.
Documentation: To guarantee service continuity, keep thorough and accurate records of each client interaction in the CRM system.
Service Excellence: Reach and sustain high rankings in important metrics like Average Handling Time and First Call Resolution.
Quality Compliance: To guarantee uniformity in the tone and voice of the brand, adhere to specified call scripts and quality standards.
Escalation Management: Identify
situations that call for higher-level action and forward calls to the relevant technical team or supervisors.
FeedbackCollection: Gather client opinions and recommendations to enhance internal processes for goods or services.
