Your Duties:
Handle a lot of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, questions, and service requests pertaining to products, accounts, bills, or technical issues.
Throughout every call, keep a courteous and professional manner while paying great attention to quality standards, scripts, and instructions.
Process customer transactions,
updates, and service changes accurately by utilizing the appropriate systems.
Effectively navigate many computer systems, knowledge bases, and tools at once while having a conversation with the customer.
Initiate and oversee follow-up discussions or necessary internal communication to ensure timely and comprehensive resolution of unresolved customer issues.
Strictly adhere to all compliance regulations, data privacy policies, and security protocols during all spoken communications.
