first call resolution (FCR) goals, accurately recording every customer interaction in the CRM system, and upholding stringent quality and compliance requirements are your main contributions. Customer retention and satisfaction scores will be directly impacted by your ability to negotiate complex difficulties and turn difficult situations into positive customer experiences by using your exceptional verbal communication skills, active listening talents, and patience.
