As the main point of contact for clients who speak Malayalam, the Malayalam Voice Process Executive makes sure that their interactions are smooth and beneficial. It's your responsibility to respond professionally and sympathetically to consumer questions, troubleshoot problems, and give thorough product or service information. You will be responsible for building customer trust and loyalty by resolving concerns in the Malayalam language while adhering to company standards. This position is ideal for people who are dedicated to customer satisfaction, have a patient
disposition, and have strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
Key Skills:
Linguistic Fluency: The ability to speak English or another regional language is a significant benefit; native or extremely proficient verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam.
Empathy & Patience: The capacity to deal with challenging or irate clients while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Technical Proficiency: At ease utilizing multi-line phone systems, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
Strong active listening abilities are necessary to promptly and precisely understand the wants of the consumer.
