Voice Process Executive Moving Calls into Decisions
Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Duties:
Call Handling: Respectfully and professionally manage a large number of calls while closely following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communication guidelines.
Inquiry Resolution: Accurately and rapidly resolve client enquiries, complaints, and service requests
connected to products, services, or accounts.
Data Accuracy: During the call, confirm and update customer information in the database as needed.
Schedule Adherence: Maintain tight adherence to prescribed shift schedules and maintain punctuality and reliability.
Teamwork: Participate actively in team training sessions and be sensitive to coaching and performance evaluation.
