Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any Basic Degree
Duties:
Call handling: Strictly follow call scripts and standard operating procedures while professionally and politely managing a large number of incoming and/or outgoing customer calls.
Product Knowledge: To properly respond to client questions, keep up-to-date knowledge of the company's goods, services,
and ongoing promotions.
CRM Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system immediately after each conversation.
Communication: Throughout all conversations, keep your tone of voice clear, professional, sympathetic, and captivating.
Attendance: Be on time and adhere closely to the designated shift schedules.
