Responsibilities
Respond to consumer calls both incoming and outgoing, answering their questions and handling problems in a timely and expert manner.
Give prompt, accurate information about goods, services, and regulations.
Observe established scripts and processes for handling calls.
Control the number of calls and keep the call handling time within predetermined
bounds.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the goods and services offered by the business.
