The Voice Process Executive will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and process customer requests. The executive must ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient resolution while maintaining professionalism and clarity on the phone.
