What you will do:
You
will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and resolving technical or billing issues with professionalism and speed. Your tasks will include adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, accurately documenting all interactions, and maintaining a high First Call Resolution (FCR) rate. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitude will be essential in turning potential frustrations into positive customer experiences.
