What you’ll Do:
Clearly, succinctly, and accurately describe goods, services, or solutions in a kind and professional way to guarantee that the buyer understands.
Diagnose and resolve simple technical, billing, or service-related issues while calmly and skilfully assisting clients.
Make sure that all client data is entered
accurately and completely while following data privacy laws.
Respect company rules, procedures, service standards, and legal requirements that are pertinent when dealing with customers in foreign markets.
Keep abreast on company promotions, products, and modifications to international client-specific policies.
What you need:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
