Job Description
Who you are:
Respond promptly and expertly to a high volume of incoming or outgoing calls. Pay close attention to what customers require, identify problems, and offer precise answers based on business SOPs. Following each engagement, update call results and customer data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Comply with standard call scripts and uphold "Call Quality" scores by following greeting, closing, and empathy procedures. When a solution cannot be found at the first level, identify and escalate critical concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor. Achieve the goal of meeting
key performance indicators (KPIs) such occupancy rates, First Call Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
