Your Duties:
Call handling: Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of incoming or outgoing calls.
Query Resolution: Pay close attention to what customers require, identify problems, and offer precise solutions based on business SOPs.
Database management: After each engagement, update call results and customer data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Quality & Compliance: Comply with standard call scripts and uphold "Call Quality" ratings by following greeting, closing, and empathy guidelines.
Escalation Management: When a resolution
cannot be found at the first level, identify and escalate critical concerns to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
Achieve the goal of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such occupancy rates, Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
