Job Description
As the initial point of contact for clients over the phone, the Voice Process Executive will answer incoming and/or outgoing calls to answer questions, handle complaints, give information, and handle requests. Delivering outstanding service and achieving high customer satisfaction and resolution rates are the main objectives.
Key Skills:
/>Working knowledge of computer systems and the ability to quickly navigate internal applications and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for basic documentation.
Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
