Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Duties:
Call handling: Manage a large number of incoming and/or outgoing calls with professionalism.
Resolution of Inquiries: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, grievances, and service requests concerning goods, accounts, invoices, or technical problems.
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle consumer transactions, updates,
and service modifications inside the necessary systems.
System Navigation: While speaking with the customer, effectively browse several computer systems, knowledge bases, and tools at once.
Follow-up: To guarantee prompt and thorough resolution of outstanding client issues, start and monitor follow-up calls or required internal communications.
Compliance: Throughout all verbal exchanges, strictly comply to all compliance laws, data privacy guidelines, and security procedures.
