Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make sure that customers understand by giving them precise, succinct, and professional information on goods, services, or solutions.
Diagnose simple technical, billing, or service-related issues and calmly and successfully walk them through the resolution process.
Assure accurate and comprehensive consumer data entry while following data privacy laws.
Follow all applicable company rules, processes, service standards, and legal requirements while dealing with customers in foreign markets.
Keep abreast of the company's promotions,
products, and modifications to its policies that affect clients from other countries.
Skills:
good accuracy and quickness when typing.
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a focus on finding solutions.
Capacity to prioritise, multitask, and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced, goal-oriented call centre setting.
