Job Description
Duties:
Customer Interaction: Respond to a large number of calls in a professional manner while adhering to the "Call Flow" and quality standards.
Resolution of Queries: Pay close attention to what customers have to say, identify the problem, and offer precise fixes or forward it to the relevant department.
CRM Documentation: Ensure that all "Call Disposition" codes are appropriately applied by keeping thorough and precise records of every interaction in the CRM system.
Target Management: Follow KPIs like Quality Scores, AHT, and FCR.
Product Knowledge: To give callers accurate information, stay current on all product features, service changes, and corporate
policies.
Service Quality: Verify adherence to the "Soft Skills" guidelines, which include professionalism, empathy, tone, and pitch.
Feedback management: Gather client opinions and recommendations to help the business enhance its product and service offerings.
Focus Skills:
outstanding oral communication abilities in the language or languages needed.
active listening and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
Quick typing speed and some computer literacy are necessary for concurrent data entry.
