Problem-Solve in Real-Time: To guarantee first-call resolution, you will actively listen to client concerns, promptly determine the underlying source
of the problem, and offer precise, timely, and efficient solutions.
Uphold High requirements: You will make sure that all written and spoken communications follow the quality and compliance requirements of our organisation while keeping a tone that is clear, professional, and upbeat.
Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will work to meet and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for average handling time (AHT), first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
