Job Description:
As the "Voice of the Company," the Voice Process Executive is in charge of overseeing direct verbal communication with clients, prospects, and customers. Your main goal is to deliver outstanding customer service, handle challenging questions, or increase revenue through excellent phone conversations. As the "Front-line Brand Ambassador," it is your responsibility to make every call seem professional and positive. The ideal applicant is a self-assured communicator with excellent emotional intelligence who can manage a range of client temperaments while performing at their best in a goal-oriented setting.

Key Duties:
Inbound/Outbound Call Management: Manage a large number of calls to help clients with technical difficulties, order tracking, product information, surveys, follow-ups, and lead generation.

/>Question Resolution: Pay close attention to what customers have to say, determine the underlying source of their problems, and offer precise solutions that adhere to corporate policies.
Service Quality: By offering compassionate and effective service, strive for high Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
DataDocumentation: Accurately update the CRM system with thorough call logs, client comments, and the actions that were taken throughout the conversation.
Escalation Handling: Determine whether a question calls for expert assistance and forward the call to the relevant department or supervisor while informing the client.
Sales & Upselling: To reach monthly revenue goals, find ways to cross-sell or upsell goods and services.
