Job Description
Duties:
Lead generation and cold calling: Make outgoing calls to prospective clients using a database that has been supplied in order to present goods or services and find sales prospects.
Customer Relationship Management: Make sure that follow-up conversations are planned and carried out by keeping a thorough record of every encounter in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Product Knowledge: To appropriately respond to consumer inquiries and successfully address objections, stay informed about all product features, prices, and promotional offers.
Setting Appointments: To close deals, qualify leads and arrange meetings or product demos for the sales staff.
Target Achievement: Regularly hit or surpass monthly conversion or lead generation goals
as well as daily calling targets.
Feedback Gathering: During phone conversations, obtain insightful consumer comments and market data to assist the marketing team in improving their tactics.
Focus Skills:
Verbal Communication: Clear and pleasant speaking voice with outstanding command of the appropriate language (English/Regional).
