Answer questions and requests from clients by email, chat, and other written means.
Give clients accurate, succinct, and understandable information.
Keep your phone voice clear and
professional.
When appropriate, follow call scripts and instructions.
When necessary, transition between speech and written communication channels with ease.
Oversee several discussions at once, making sure that all platforms receive prompt responses.
