Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Sales: Make outgoing calls to current and prospective clients to present banking products such fixed deposits, credit cards, and personal and home loans.
Lead Qualification: Before sending leads to the field sales or processing team, filter and qualify them according to the bank's eligibility requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Oversee a customer portfolio and be sure to follow up on document collecting or application status updates on a regular basis.
Verification & Documentation: Help clients navigate the digital application processes and comprehend the necessary KYC paperwork.
Resolution of Questions: Accurately respond to client inquiries
about interest rates, processing costs, and repayment plans.
Compliance & Ethics: To guarantee ethical calling practices, closely follow Reserve Bank of India (RBI) norms and "Do Not Call" (DNC) registries.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
