Responsibilities:
Product Promotion & Sales: Make outgoing calls to prospective or current clients to present banking goods such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance.
Customer relationship management: Help clients with their banking requirements by giving them precise information about interest rates, processing costs, and necessary paperwork.
Lead Qualification: Use the bank's eligibility requirements (such as income slabs and credit scores) to filter and qualify leads.
Recovery and Collection: (If in Collections) Make expert phone calls to remind clients of impending or past-due EMI

payments and to work out repayment schedules.
Data Documentation: Provide accurate call dispositions, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules to the Bank's CRM.
Compliance & KYC: Make sure that every engagement complies with RBI regulations, especially those pertaining to Fair Practices and KYC standards.
Goal Attainment: Continually reach monthly conversion or collection goals as well as daily call volume targets.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in the necessary language (English, Hindi, or regional) is a prerequisite for effective communication.
Financial literacy: knowledge of loan structures, interest rates, and banking terminology.
Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to cope with objections, seal agreements, or obtain financial commitments.
Integrity: Excellent moral standards for managing private client financial information.
