Job Description
Duties:
Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch banking products and turn leads into sales by making outgoing calls to prospective clients using databases that are supplied.
Product counseling: To assist clients in making wise choices, describe the characteristics, advantages, and interest rates of different financial products (loans, credit cards, and mortgages).
Customer service: Focus on First Call Resolution (FCR) when responding to incoming inquiries about account balances, transaction progress, or mobile banking problems.
Documentation Support: Organize the gathering of "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documents or assist clients with the digital application procedure.
Debt Recovery (Collections): Get in touch with clients about past-due payments, gently remind them, and work out

payback schedules in accordance with bank regulations.
Data management: Provide accurate call dispositions, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Focus Skills:
Proficiency in both English and the local tongue in a clear, businesslike manner is essential for effective communication.
