Job Description
We are looking for Voice Process Executives with empathy and communication skills to join our customer service team in Chennai. You will be in charge of answering consumer questions, fixing problems, and offering top-notch phone support. Strong communication skills, attentive listening, and a customer-focused mindset are necessary for this position.
Responsibilities
Respond politely and professionally to incoming consumer calls.
Actively listen to consumer questions and concerns and provide clarifications as needed.
In the appropriate systems, precisely record every client interaction and resolution.
Bring complicated problems to the attention of the right teams for additional research and solutions.
Pay
attention to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reach or surpass performance goals for both individuals and teams in terms of customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and call handling.
Skills:
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate relevant software applications.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or above
Experience: 3+ yrs
