What You will do:
Customer Interaction: Answer incoming or outgoing calls from clients, answering their questions, giving them information, and politely and quickly resolving any problems.
Solving problems involves actively listening to client concerns, determining the underlying source of problems, and offering precise, prompt, and efficient solutions.
Information Provision: Provide clients with easy-to-understand
explanations of policies, procedures, goods, and services.
Documentation: Ensure that every client interaction and detail is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Standards Adherence: In all of your dealings with customers, abide by the company's rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Cross-functional Cooperation: When required, escalate complicated problems to senior staff or the proper departments.
Customer Satisfaction: Aim for excellent first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
