Job Description
Primary Task: To function as the main point of contact for clients, answering incoming and outgoing calls only in Telugu, giving precise information, answering questions, resolving grievances, and guaranteeing a satisfying and effective client experience from our Chennai location.
Responsibilities
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically while managing a large number of incoming and/or outgoing calls, mostly in Telugu.
Provide detailed directions, fix common issues, and walk clients through procedures.
For future reference and analysis, make sure all required fields are filled out and that the documentation is comprehensive.
Keep up with any modifications, fresh products,
or system upgrades.
Respect company standards, communication procedures, and set quality criteria.
Give input on persistent problems or process enhancements to raise general effectiveness and client happiness.
Required Abilities:

Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
