Key Responsibilities:
In all written correspondence, maintain a high standard of punctuation, grammar, and spelling precision.
Throughout voice conversations,

Follow up with clients to make sure their issues are satisfactorily addressed and remedied.
Maintain data integrity and update customer information.
Maintain client confidentiality and make sure data privacy laws are followed.
