Responsibilities:
Customer service: Answer a lot of incoming calls from Telugu-speaking clients and give them information about goods, services, or account information.
Problem Solving: Pay close attention to client complaints and offer "first-call resolution" by resolving problems or forwarding them to the appropriate department.
Outbound Outreach: Make outgoing calls in Telugu to generate leads, remind people to make payments, or conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Data Documentation: Use English to accurately update customer contacts, comments, and resolves in the CRM system.
Language

translation: Make difficult words understandable to local Telugu speakers by simplifying them.
Target Management: Follow operational indicators including customer satisfaction goals, quality scores, and average handling time (AHT).
Compliance: Throughout each call, adhere strictly to data privacy and security procedures and follow established scripts.

Required Skills:
Linguistic Fluency: Speaking and comprehending Telugu at a native or almost native level (several dialects preferable).
English Proficiency: The ability to read and write in English effectively in order to log reports and traverse internal systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathy and patience to deal with challenging clients in a professional manner.
Technical comfort includes being able to type while on the phone and having a basic understanding of computers.
