Responsibilities:
Bilingual Support: To help clients with their service needs, take incoming calls and speak Telugu and basic English with ease.
Problem Diagnosis: Pay close attention in order to determine the underlying reason of a customer's problem and offer a methodical remedy.
Data Calibration: To guarantee 100% accurate account history, precisely update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call notes.
Protocol Proofing: Make sure all information is correct and useful by adhering to the company's standard scripts and service criteria.
Quality Audit: At
the conclusion of every call, make sure the consumer is pleased and has no more queries.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
