The Telugu Voice Process Executive is in charge of overseeing phone conversations with clients, mostly in Telugu. It is your responsibility to maintain a high level of professional decorum while offering seamless help, answering questions, and resolving problems. you make sure that language serves as a bridge rather than a barrier to providing exceptional service. The ideal applicant will speak fluently, have a service-oriented
mindset, and be able to patiently and clearly handle customer concerns.
Key Skills:
Linguistic Proficiency: Functional knowledge of Hindi or English; native or nearly native proficiency in Telugu (speaking and listening).
Soft abilities: A courteous, helpful phone manner and outstanding listening abilities.
Tech savvy: Capable of managing several program windows and typing effectively while conversing.
Resilience: The capacity to remain upbeat during demanding shifts and repetitive work.
