Telugu Voice Process Executive Be the Word of the Brand
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Communication: Handle a large number of Telugu calls, offering support for complaints, service requests, and product inquiries.
Language Customization: Convert complicated technical or process-related data into clear, understandable Telugu for a variety of clientele.
CRM & Documentation: Immediately after every encounter, accurately update call logs and customer records in the CRM system.
Performance Metrics: Meet personal goals for First Call Resolution (FCR), Quality Scores, and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Resolution of Conflicts: Respond professionally and empathetically to angry or disgruntled clients, raising concerns with supervisors when needed.
Product Literacy: To deliver
correct information, stay current on corporate policies, special offers, and service upgrades.
Feedback Loop: To enhance regional service delivery, record and communicate recurrent customer pain issues to the Team Lead.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
