Job Description
The Telugu Voice Process Executive is responsible for providing high-quality customer support and service to Telugu-speaking clients. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive brand experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal fluency in Telugu and the ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Call Management: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally while adhering to established scripts and protocols.
Query Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or information regarding products and services in fluent Telugu.
Data Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM software.
Service Quality: Consistently meet or exceed
quality targets, including CSAT scores and quality audit benchmarks.
Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues that cannot be resolved immediately and escalate them to the appropriate Team Leader or specialized department.
Compliance: Follow company policies regarding data privacy and security to protect sensitive customer information
Skills:
Native-level Fluency: Outstanding Telugu verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to talk intelligibly and professionally.
Basic English: The ability to read and comprehend English for internal communications and system navigation.
Active Listening: Excellent capacity to comprehend client requirements and show compassion throughout challenging discussions.
Computer literacy: the ability to type while speaking and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office
