Responsibilities:
Regional Voice Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in Telugu and offer support for product information, account information, and service issues.
Effective Query Resolution: Utilize internal knowledge bases to accurately respond to consumer inquiries, making sure that every response complies with corporate guidelines.
Documentation & CRM Entry: While speaking Telugu, accurately record all call information, customer comments, and resolution procedures in the CRM system in English.
Linguistic Translation: To help internal teams enhance product offerings, translate specific consumer feedback or concerns from Telugu
to English.
Call Quality Adherence: To maintain high scores in Quality Assurance (QA) audits, adhere to professional manners and established call processes.
Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of service updates, special offers, and new features to give the Telugu-speaking market pertinent information.
Required Skills:
Linguistic fluency is the ability to speak and listen in Telugu at a native or professional level with a neutral, courteous, and audible accent.
Communication Skills: The capacity to patiently navigate challenging talks and express complex facts in an understandable manner.
Active listening is the ability to listen intently in order to swiftly comprehend regional dialects and particular client trouble issues.
