Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to a large number of calls in Tamil, answering questions, giving information, and effectively handling grievances.
Resolution of Questions: Serve as a subject matter expert to offer precise answers to technical support, billing, or general account questions.
Data Entry & CRM Logging: To guarantee service continuity, accurately record each encounter in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program.
KPI Adherence: Achieve particular performance goals, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Call Resolution (FCR), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Translation and Interpretation: To better serve the clientele, occasionally help translate
English scripts or papers into formal or informal Tamil.
Escalation Management: Determine when a question calls for higher-level assistance and forward the call to the relevant department or supervisor.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
