Your Contribution:
Inquiry Resolution: Accurately and competently address client questions, grievances, and service problems pertaining to goods, accounts, invoices, or technical issues.
Clarity and Tone: Make sure that all verbal communications are professional, polite, and clear. When interacting with upset or angry clients in particular, use a helpful and patient tone.
Transaction Processing: Within the necessary system platforms, accurately process consumer transactions, updates, and service modifications.
/>Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal and external policies by closely following quality standards, scripts, and guidelines for each call.
Compliance: During all verbal exchanges, strictly comply to all corporate policies, data privacy laws, and security procedures.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
