Customer support includes answering questions, handling grievances, and giving thorough details about goods and services in an understandable and beneficial way in Tamil.
Quality & Efficiency: Maintaining a professional and patient manner while closely adhering to established call handling quality standards (such as AHT and FCR).
Documentation: Ensuring data integrity for follow-up and analysis by
accurately recording all customer contacts, problems, and solutions into the CRM system.
Cultural Nuance: Using professional etiquette and the local vernacular to appeal to the Tamil-speaking clientele.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
