Job Description
Who You Are:
Bilingual Communication: You will communicate fluently and professionally in Tamil to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information on products and services.
Customer Resolution: You'll aim for high First Call Resolution (FCR), efficiently diagnosing the customer's need, navigating internal systems, and providing effective solutions that satisfy the customer's query.
System Documentation: You are responsible for accurate and detailed logging of all call interactions, customer issues, and resolutions into the CRM or ticketing system, ensuring data integrity
and a clear audit trail.
Quality & Compliance: You will strictly adhere to all call quality standards, company policies, and data security protocols during every interaction.
Process Improvement: You will identify and escalate recurring issues or process gaps to the quality and training teams, contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th, or Above
