Who You Are:
Exceptional Tamil Support: You will respond to calls in a professional and upbeat manner, clearly and patiently addressing the needs of customers in courteous and fluent Tamil.
Solving problems effectively means that you will actively listen to understand the problems that customers are facing and use our tools and resources to give precise, thorough, and timely answers.
Multilingual Documentation: You will precisely record all client communications, comments, and resolves in our CRM system.
For internal use, you will frequently need to translate information from Tamil to English.
Quality and Compliance: To maintain high standards of service delivery, you will closely follow all company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
