Job Description
Primary Task: To provide efficient and professional customer support by effectively utilizing both voice and written communication channels, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction for our operations in Chennai.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Possess excellent written communication skills in English and/or the required regional language for email and chat support.
Effectively convey product/service information and benefits to customers through both voice and written channels.
Update customer information and maintain detailed records.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions through
both voice and written communication.
Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
Required Abilities:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across different communication channels.
Good computer and typing skills with accuracy.
Proficiency in navigating and using CRM or customer support software, including email and chat platforms.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations, regardless of the communication method.
