Your Duties:
Lead generation and qualification: To introduce goods and services and find qualified prospects, start making outbound calls to prospective clients using a database that has been provided.
Pitching & Persuasion: Make persuasive sales presentations that are suited to the needs of the client, emphasizing important advantages and skillfully addressing concerns.
Setting Appointments: Arrange for senior sales team meetings or product demos, making sure that all pertinent information is recorded and verified.
CRM Management: Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date by accurately recording
customer comments and follow-up dates on each conversation.
Follow-up Management: To nurture leads who have shown early interest but are not yet prepared to commit, make prompt follow-up calls.
Performance monitoring: Reach daily and weekly goals for lead conversion rates, "talk time," and call volume.
