Support Your Public Telugu Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Primary Task: To provide efficient and professional customer support in Telugu through inbound and outbound phone calls, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally in Telugu.
Maintain a neutral accent and professional tone in Telugu conversations.
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Escalate complex issues
to appropriate departments for resolution.
Required Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu.
Strong active listening skills in Telugu.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
