Shift: Day (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming client calls in a timely and courteous manner.
When necessary, make outbound calls for surveys, follow-ups, or sales.
Pay close attention to the questions and concerns raised by customers, then give them accurate information
and solutions.
Effectively and efficiently handle client concerns, elevating complicated ones where necessary.
Accurately record every client interaction and transaction in the system.
To guarantee consistent service delivery, adhere to established protocols and criteria.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
