Job Description
Who You Are:
Written Communication & Support: You will oversee non-voice channels including emails and chats, making sure that all contact is professional, clear, succinct, and has the required information.
Data Accuracy & Entry: You will be in charge of precisely entering, confirming, and preserving data in our internal systems, making sure that every record is current and trustworthy.
Operational Support: You will directly assist other departments' workflow by processing
digital documents, managing crucial transactions, and producing reports.
Problem-Solving: You'll apply your analytical abilities to find and fix a range of client concerns or operational inconsistencies, making sure that every issue is dealt with early on.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
