Who you are:
Provide prompt, courteous answers to consumer questions and grievances through email, web tickets, and live chat. Enter data accurately, verify documents, and process orders using the company's internal systems or CRM. Examine client concerns and offer practical fixes or troubleshooting techniques via written guidelines. Make sure that every work is finished within the specified "Turnaround Times" (TAT) and that the quality-assurance ratings remain good. Oversee backend duties such processing insurance claims, KYC verification, and financial transaction reconciliations. Determine and mark complicated situations that need specialized
care, then use internal workflows to direct them to the appropriate department. To guarantee data security and integrity, accurately update and maintain client records.
