Responsibilities
Write comments that successfully address client concerns in a straightforward, succinct, and grammatically correct manner.
Execute documentation and data entry duties with a high level of precision and effectiveness.
Determine and report complicated or unsolved problems to the relevant supervisors or internal teams for additional research.
Make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution rates are strictly followed.
Find and identify any trends, problems, or places where processes need to be improved in order to improve customer satisfaction and overall
operational efficiency.
Skills
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills to effectively understand and address customer inquiries.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including email clients, chat platforms, and ticketing/CRM systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in processing information.
