Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls and chat/emails
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Update CRM tools and ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication (English)
Typing
speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
Basic computer and email handling skills
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Who Can Apply?
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of BPO/Customer Support experience
Graduates / Undergraduates / Diploma holders
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts
